When a Dealer needs support, their first call is usually to their Agent. This video discusses the important role an Agent plays in helping their Dealer. The Agent puts their Dealer on the best and fastest path to resolution when they have the ability to determine the type of issue, and when they know what the appropriate next step is. We will reference some examples and give best practices for Agents to succeed.

A Provider plays a very important role in support for the Dealer. This video discusses how Provider’s can best fill that role. We identify the types of requests/issues a Provider may face and how to best handle those situations. We talk about the types of support that a Provider may run into or use cases they may be familiar with. Then we discuss the resources and information available to help get your Dealers on the right path to resolution.

A look at how a Dealer sets up a product for Integrated eContracting, focusing on the importance of Preparation, Registration, and Follow-up. We discuss the importance that awareness and communication play in a Dealer's success. You will have a better understanding of everyone's role and what materials exist to help support the Provider, Agent, and Dealer through this process.

When a Dealer registers a product for Integrated eContracting, it is important their is communication and awareness between a number of parities. This video discusses how PEN helps with this process through a onboarding communications known as a DSN. What are they, why are they sent, what action is expected, what are best practices, resources and things to consider. Discuss the importance and role for both operations and the field

The term "Dealer Onboarding" can have different definitions. We take a look at what it means to onboard a Dealer for Integrated eContracting. We discuss the best practices from the perspective of a Product Provider. This video reiterates how important both planning and follow-up are and how Providers help with those efforts. Along with statics and suggestions of things to consider.

High-level description of the PEN Services Dealer Onboarding process. What the communications are, why they are sent, who receives them, and any action items that should occur. We discuss the importance of preparation and the best practices and recommended steps to take after registration. We also shine some light on some of the efforts PEN has taken to assist Providers and Agents in their process. Finally, we discuss why it is important for Dealer Follow-up, from a sales process perspective.

There are more than 60 different systems integrated with PEN. The majority, and most commonly known, are Traditional F&I Menus. There are other Platforms connected to the network as well including Dealer Specialty, Direct Marketing, and Digital Retailing. These systems can vary from product setup process to how Dealers get support. This video helps to provide some education around each type of system, and directs you on other resources and reference information.

In the Boot Camp Videos, we introduced PEN and briefly touched what the PEN Services team's focus is on. In this video, we are going to take a deeper dive into PEN and distinguish the difference between PEN the technology and the Business Services (PEN Services) We walk-through the offerings and use cases for why PEN exists, and discuss how are Providers leveraging PEN today.

In this video, we take a closer look at the reporting that Provider Exchange Network offers Integrated Providers. We take a look at what we term "Utilization Reports" and discuss what information is included. We spend some time discussing what to look for, areas for opportunity, and some of the best practices that top Providers have in place. Finally, we share some tips and ways that PEN can further assist in your efforts.

This Industry can be a confusing place. There are so many different systems, portals, software platforms, etc. And not every Dealer is going to be setup exactly the same. This video focuses on customization that is done within your Dealer's System. There are different terms used, people can have varying definitions, and that is how confusion can ensue. We discuss how this plays a role when it comes to setup, registration, and customization of a Dealer System. We look at the importance of understanding where pricing can be set. (Within Portal or Menu), the different terms used, and who is responsible for what.

The Providers on the PEN come in all shapes and size. There are a number of steps, requirements, things to know, and other information that is beneficial to a Provider just starting their journey to "Join the Network". In this video we will discuss the process, best practices, and resources available, to ensure you get off on the right foot.
