REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE
When a Dealer System Provider is preparing to setup a dealer for Integrated eContracting, they need information from you to ensure accuracy. When you receive an RFA, please respond to the form and provide the Dealer ID and Products available for the requesting Dealer.
Like you, Dealer System Providers (DSP) are always working to sign new dealers or get them to upgrade their Software System. They may get a new Menu, or perhaps they get an upgrade of some sort. When this happens, a system implementation will take place. There are several steps and tasks that need to be done to complete this implementation.
PEN Services gets involved with the Integrated eContracting step. Through email communications, we proactively coordinate between the DSP Setup team and the Provider, BEFORE a Dealer “Goes Live.” We referred to this communication as a Request For Assistance or RFA, which is part of our Dealer Onboarding Process.
